Precious has a degree in Economics, Diploma in Public Administration and Management. She also holds a senior certificate in Business Writing from Wits and 15 years experience in Strategic and Leadership management from Regenisis. She has extensive experience in leadership and astute business acumen. She worked as GM at Shanduka Black Umbrellas developing and capacitating black business with business acumen, developing business plans and how to run effective businesses. She also facilitated business linkages. She worked and managed enterprise development for corporates such as LONMIN, JP MORGAN, Exxaro and Allan Gray. She has 10 years experience in project management, retail operation and construction. From being employed she has now become an employer at her own open cast coal mine in Middleburg, Mpumalanga.
